StudentPlace helps students compare neighbourhoods before choosing a rental, hostel or campus area in Klang Valley and Penang.

What it shows

The tool brings together nearby public transport, everyday food, healthcare and a property-transaction-based housing-cost proxy. Each result explains the available evidence so students can compare locations without mistaking a score for a complete answer.

What it does not decide

StudentPlace does not assess safety, actual asking rent, door-to-door campus travel time, internet quality, building accessibility or flood risk. These still need to be checked directly before signing a lease.

StudentPlace is a practical location-decision tool built by DigiStories. It has its own audience and product focus.
